Job Description

Reports to the Front Office Supervisor

Welcomes guests at the hotel and assigns them to their rooms

Assists guests with their inquiries in person or on the phone

Assigns rooms to walk-in guests and submits the walk-in form for ZEN Rooms use

Receives cash payments from guests and stores it at front desk

Collects cash deposits at check-in and releases them at check-out after room inspection

Issues receipts to guests and makes sure that the receiving copy is stored and filed

Compiles the daily sales report and submits it to the Front Office Supervisor for approval

Stays in touch through phone with ZEN Rooms customer service for urgent needs

Holds the hotel’s mobile phone(s) during each shift and is responsible for it

Keeps the front desk area clean and tidy at all times

Job Requirements

At least 1-2 work experience in Hotel Industry
