Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, SMS, and videos.
Writing and proofreading copy.
Liaising with graphic designers.
Organising photo shoots.
Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Maintaining and updating customer databases.
Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
Evaluating marketing campaigns.
Monitoring competitors’ activities.
Supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager and other colleagues.
Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent with at least 3 years relevant experience in marketing preferably from the food & beverage or related service industries.
Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial. Familiarity with marketing in the food & beverage industry and spreadsheet applications is required.
Occasional travel in conducting business is required
