Job Description

Our client is a well-established Human Resource Solution (HRS) service provider with presence in Malaysia and Hong Kong. We specialize in providing various HR related services for mega plant constructions and engineering projects in Malaysia, Eygpt, UAE, Indonesia and China.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage Roles and Responsibility Matrix for 4 departments
  • Recruit and retain talent (Internally as well as external)
  • Provide and strategies apprenticeship, mentor ship and assessment for approximately 20 staffs and more
  • Task Management (To-do list for each subordinate)
  • Manage the division's performance
  • Organize a Problem Solving session for the staff members
  • Liaising with vendors from China

Job Requirements

  • Managers specializing in Human Resources, Marketing / Business Development or equivalent
  • At least 10 years overall experience in the related 
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the related field
  • Have knowledge in recruiting, interviewing, employment laws, and Project Management
  • Well exposed to Japanese working culture or work experience
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Need to liaise with vendors from China
  • Great recruitment experience in the Power industry (Preferred)
  • Advantageous to those who can communicate in Japanese
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all time
  • Age between 28 - 45
  • Spoken Language(s) - English, Malay, Mandarin
  • Open to Malaysian Only
