Job Description

Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.  The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duty


Job Requirements

a)  Minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma

b)  Good Personality (Female Only)

c)  Able to communicate & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English

d)  Must be computer literate and good in Microsoft Word & Excel

e)  Proactive and can work independently with minimum supervision

f)  Able to handle multi-tasking work
