Trueventus is seeking full-time sales person to sell delegates and sponsorship space, role is based in KL Sentral and we are looking for energetic, honest, hardworking people with the right attitude to work with the business and help grow the business and grow with it. In this role you’ll earn salary + commission.

As a Junior Delegate Sales Executive you are expected to spend most of your time making phone calls thus you should be comfortable talking over the phone, explaining complex ideas and business topics over the phone, not afraid to hear “No” and are tenacious to carry on making calls after rejections. The role requires the person to be well mannered, able to communicate effectively and clearly, persistent and used to making cld calls to sell your products.

You will be expected to achieve your conference and monthly targets throughout the year and maintain consistency of output throughout. The performance of the sponsorship Business Development Executive will be based on a number of factors, including but not limited to the following:

Job Requirements

Requirement:

  • Computer literature
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to do research & Customer’s profiling
  • Cold calling and hard-core selling experience is an advantage
  • Solid “ Deal closing “ skills
  • You should be self-starter and have a “can-do” attitude
  • Able to handle pressure and work under stress
  • Ability to find the delegates
  • Ability to demonstrate previous high performance
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others 
  • Self-starting and confident individual with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and drive to succeed
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Pre-Sales Consultant/Sales Executive/Telemarketer or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Ability to start immediately
