The Job:

  • Constantly making high volume of prospecting cold calls and sales calls to targeted new and existing clients.
  • Effectively communicate the company’s products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Responsible for meeting, and exceeding monthly sales quota.
  • Provides sales support to Outbound Key Account Managers.
  • Proactively follow up with clients through phone calls and emails. 
  • Provide prompt, thorough, and courteous responses to all inbound clients, and connect them to an outbound key account manager when necessary. 
  • Doing inbound sales in office and making occasional business trips to Hong Kong and Singapore (at least twice a year).

Job Requirements

The Person:

  • Excellent communication and phone etiquettes.
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese.
  • Passionate about telesales environment, customer relations, sales and marketing. 
  • Sales driven, results oriented, assertive yet patient with a high degree of perseverance. 
  • Positive attitude, thinks out of the box and always see the big picture.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task and make smart decisions when it comes to clients’ requests.
