Main role is to assist the RCL growing the GC business in the Rest Of Asia region by liaising with internal dept and assisitng with implementation / support tasks
Key Accountability & Task
- Provide timely respond to GC customer for day to day issue
- Lead the liaison between the RCL and the internal dept eg. ATS, RD, Pricing, supply chain, OPS, QA etc...
- Lead corp commercial presentation, creative studio training, plant visit
- Lead Pricing preparation and submission to ensure we deliver competitive rate.
- Load and follow new project until completions eg. specs review, samples coordination, pricing etc…
- Lead issue resolutions on Quality scare, shipment delayed etc… working with other dept
- Prepare sales forecast for demand planning, budget and business reviews; Also prepare margins forecast and analysis
- Follow product developments project until completion
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records of sales meeting and any related internal communications
