Job Description

To be the contact person for customers engaging with the company for any issues, feedback and support. Can suggest information about product and service with the intention of ensuring customer gets highest level of satisfaction upon engagement.


What you will do:
1. Manage incoming calls and at times make outgoing calls as well
2. Manage online inventory, publish inventory and update inventory on time via confirmation with golf club
3. Convinces potential customers by answering product and service questions
4. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
5. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
7. Provide regular report to the management team on customer issues and feedback
8. Ability to work individually and in a team environment

1. Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers always
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Good at problem analysis and problem-solving
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
