Job Description

  • To prepare, process and oversee financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivables, student receipts, invoices, etc, by thoroughly checking and correcting documentation and other relevant financial records
  • Daily data entry of financial transactions in system
  • Reconcile and process for payment related disbursements; claims, refunds, dues
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to student affairs and finance department

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least Certificate or Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably one (1) year of working experience in    educational institution
  • Computer Literate in Microsoft Office, Basic Accounting and Excellent IT Skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Organized, meticulous and proficient in English
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage

Additional Information

- Ability to use UBS or SQL Accounting Software.
