To prepare, process and oversee financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivables, student receipts, invoices, etc, by thoroughly checking and correcting documentation and other relevant financial records
Daily data entry of financial transactions in system
Reconcile and process for payment related disbursements; claims, refunds, dues
Provide accounting and clerical support to student affairs and finance department
Possess at least Certificate or Diploma in any discipline
Preferably one (1) year of working experience in educational institution
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office, Basic Accounting and Excellent IT Skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Organized, meticulous and proficient in English
Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Ability to use UBS or SQL Accounting Software.
