Serve as the first point of contact for HR support for all employees with respect to employee queries on HR policies and processes.
Perform highly diverse general HR duties, including but not limited to, employee engagement activities for the office team building activities, preparing presentations and data worksheets,
Attend HR staff meetings as an active participant, managing department files, and processing mail. Provide day-to-day operational support for the human resources function.
Administer and monitor several employee benefit programs such as leave management, etc.
Monthly payroll admiration to the regional office and ensure accuracy in payroll data.
To liaise with internal and external parties with regards to the employees’ compensation and benefits. (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
Coordinate the entire performance appraisal of employees.
Involve in all disciplinary issues and ensure in compliance with Labour Law & Employment Act.
Coordinate and handle on creating handbook, memo, policies, and procedures company.
Coordinate and handle counseling session and exit interview.
Ensure HR records are well-maintained, updated and accurately reported.
Liaison with Immigration, embassy, and others on foreign workers matters (renewal permit/passport)
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the full spectrum of the HR function.
Understand local legislation on employment laws.
Able to work under tight deadlines and with ownership
Possess initiative and analytical thinking ability
Pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal skills with good problem solving and analytical skills. Independent and highly motivated.
