  • Revamp & update website on timely basis
  • Liaise with IT to upload latest news / video, first hand info related to company on website
  • Include summary of all subsidiaries, products, employees, main sell, recognition awards, F&M, web surfer record on the web
  • Portray photos of Senior Managers & above
  • Translate English language to Mandarin
  • Co-ordinate factory visits & meetings with shareholders, government bodies and associations
  • Represent the company to deal with various media e.g. TV, Radio, newspaper, etc.
  • Manage & maintain the company’s corporate image & identity, which includes the use of logos and signage as well as set brand standards
  • Design matters, e.g. logo / advertising
  • Determine corporate font, font size
  • Preparing templates e.g. presentation slides
  • Coordinate with respective company within the SRIT Group with A&P collaterals
  • Festive greetings via WhatsApp, email (e-card) and on the web
  • Organise & attend promotional events / activities such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions & annual dinner
  • Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
  • Writing and / or preparing press releases, information for media kits
  • Taking photos and video recording, preparing reports
  • Coordinate & supervise the production of publicity materials such as brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes
  • Deal with enquiries from the public, the press, & related organisations
  • Prepare corporate gifts
  • Maintain & improve the public eye’s view of the organisation
  • Create & maintain a favourable public image
  • React to publicity situations & interact with the press to improve organisational image
  • Interact with the press & the public, forming strong positive relations
  • Liaise with relevant departments to formulate & execute a variety of campaigns & program to boost awareness about the organization
  • Create, support, steer & track publicity campaigns
  • Measure the success of various campaigns to determine their efficiency
  • Any other duties as & when assigned


Job Requirements

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Public Relations, Mass Communication or similar field
  • At least 3 year(s) experience in related field
  • Required skill(s): Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Required language(s): Good command of English & Mandarin (both written & oral)
  • Good computer skills & skills & well-versed in social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Knowledge in graphic design will be added advantage
  • Ability to cope with pressure
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills with the ability to multitask
