Job Description

  • To assist in HR in calculation of monthly payroll, maintenance of Leave records and monitor employee attendance, staff insurance claims related works
  • To assist in HR function such as recruitment and resignation
  • To handle and keep the employee record in the proper file system
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • To perform in administrative and purchasing works in supporting operation needs
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence from front office
  • Handle full task in updating and maintaining office cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assist in organizing company events, company trip, company dinners or any other celebrating festival etc.
  • A good team player and good in coordination work

 

Job Requirements

Skills and Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least STPM/Ä Level/ Diploma/ Advance/Higher Diploma / Graduates / Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese , English
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in Junior executive specializing in related field
  • Required skills : Microsoft Office and payroll system (optional)
  • Able to work in minimum supervision
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, good communication skills and responsible
