Job Description

-Handle customers’ inquiries and requests pertaining to the products and services.

-Resolve issues and service complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Follow processes in accordance with call centre standards to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness.

-Provide excellent customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied; follow up as and when necessary.


Job Requirements

-Excellent communication and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

-Willing to work in shift

-Malaysian citizens
