Achieving personal sales target and contribute towards group sales target
Identify market potential, develop prospective customers, market penetration and develop new market segments and sales strategies
Provide excellent after sales service and build rapport with prospect / client to achieve customer satisfaction at all times for repeat business referral.
Attend to any form of sales inquiries, soft launches, project launches, walk-in customers on company’s current project.
Make cold calls from database provided to sell product via the phone.
Support sales and marketing team in any form of marketing activities for sales opportunity
Assist in planning, organizing and monitoring cost of sales programmes / activities against budget in order to achieve maximum return and sales.
Assist customer with loan arrangements and the execution of SPA documentation.
Liaise with purchasers, solicitors and financiers on execution of legal document and expedite loan disbursement.
Maintain appropriate filing and update of purchasers’ records and documentations.
Maintain and manage of sales master list, periodical sales report with action plan and collections report for management’s regular update.
Conduct vacant possession exercise upon issuance of certificate of completion and compliance by the project architect.
Liaise with solicitor in receipts of loan approval letter and sending of letter of undertaking.
Minimum qualification - Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience and/or specialization in Property Sales/Real Estate or related filed
Proficient in both oral and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Excellent communication skill with high degree of self-motivation and goal getter
Great passion in understanding property market and consumer behavior
Knowledge of MS office and computer literate
Willing to base at Penang, Batu Kawan and work on weekend

Golden Land Berhad (GLB) is a Malaysian based company engaged in investment holding, cultivation of oil palm and provision of management services to its subsidiaries. Its plantation business focuses on oil palm cultivation. GLB is listed in Bursa Malaysia (KLSE) as an investment holding company. The company first commenced operations in oil palm cultivation back in 1986, in the District of Sabah.
During the period from 1986 to 2015, GLB owned approximately 9,414 hectares of oil palm plantation land and a crude palm oil and palm kernel processing mill. However, a strategic decision was made in 2015 to dispose of its Malaysian based plantation subsidiaries. Following the restructuring, GLB now operates oil palm plantations based solely in Kalimantan, Indonesia.
