- Assist Marketing Manager to drive and implement marketing plans in support of sales growth to meet sales objectives, marketing objectives and company’s Mission and Objectives.
- To execute and monitor day-to- day marketing operations for all brand under the umbrella.
- To escalate brand positioning in all marketing plans executed.
- To adhere strictly to timeline of execution to ensure all task is done within the timeframe.
- Monitor and implement marketing activities in line with increasing sales growth in collaboration with Marketing Objectives.
- Creatively explore trade marketing opportunities/any other marketing opportunities to leverage customer base for dealers.
- Organizing and implementing of all marketing activities including corporate launches/ events / workshops / previews, etc.
- Assist Marketing Manager on the day-to- day marketing operations of the department supporting other departments within the organization.
- Liaison with supplier, media agencies or creative agencies to ensure creative work in done within timeline provided.
- Updating and preparation of all Sales & Marketing collaterals and ensure it meets respective brand standards.
- Resourcefulness in searching of quotations, information etc required by the Marketing Manager on selection of venue, caterer, supplier, etc.
- Market Research: Resourcefulness in assisting the Marketing Manager in preparation of any competitor analysis required i.e. to gather information within the industry on competitors.
- Assist Marketing Manager in all marketing communication activities.
- Preparation and communication to all distribution channels; Internal memo, promotion memo, birthday greeting, etc.
- Managing and updating for all social media platforms (website, Linkedin, FB, IG, etc) under the company.
- Posting of contents for all social media platforms and crafting of captions inline with company’s brand standards and direction.
- Dissemination of any new information from licensor’s website to all internal staff. Ensure internal staff is well informed on all marketing information provided by the principals.
- Identify and resourcefully seek strategic alliance/CRM to generate new leads based on target segment and create brand awareness meeting respective KPIs.
- Organizing on-ground events and liaise with 3rd parties on set-up and tear-down for all preparation of any marketing initiatives.
- Executing events/previews/workshops/exhibition, etc in line with the objective of generating new leads and creating brand exposure.
- Maintain a professional external relationship that meets the company’s core values with strategic partners.
- A graduate in Business or Marketing Studies with minimum of 2 years sales and marketing experience in the marketing industry.
- Dynamic and independent individual who is able to work in team and execute tasks on a timeline manner.

Working Location: Publika, Solaris Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur
Salary Range: RM3000-RM5000 (Depends on experience)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
