Contract Customer Service

Job Description

  • Answer queries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information on brand, product, price, and service center
  • Manage shared service call centre key processes which leases with ASS and Logistics to ensure the following are carried out:
  • Preparation for on-site servicing
  • Technical collection and repair
  • Manage customer complaints database, resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions to customer issues; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems to Management
  • Fulfil requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests as appropriate
  • Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features on products.
  • Maintain call center database by entering information
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities or workshops
  • Follow up with customer on job-satisfaction questionnaire
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Strong Customer Focus, good customer services skill and multi task. 

Job Requirements

  • Education : Degree or Equivalent
  • Languages : Speak fluent English and Chinese
  • Location : Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, Shah Alam
