Job Description

Our client is a French personal care company headquartered in Paris. It is the world's largest cosmetics company and has developed activities in the field concentrating on hair colour, skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, and hair care. Currently in the expansion seeking for potential talents to join the organization.

Outlet Manager/ Asst Manager  

(The Garden / KLCC)


  • Oversee the entire day-to-day shop operations
  • Manage visual merchandising
  • Manage and motivate shop floor employees
  • Monitor staff performance especially sales performance
  • Ensure monthly shop sales target is achieved
  • Assist in events and promotional activities
  • Manpower monitoring to ensure sufficient manpower in shop
  • Prepare monthly sales report

Job Requirements

  • Min SPM holder or Diploma in any Sales, Retail, Marketing, Business Management or any related fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Beauty or Cosmetic Experience.
  • Possess good planning, organizational, leadership and communication skills
  • Able to lead a team to achieve the objectives set.
  • Meticulous with good computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Good command in English, Bahasa & Mandarin (will be advantage)
  • Female & Open Race ( Malaysian ONLY )

Additional Information

  • Basic up to RM 3,500.00
  • Grooming Allowance RM 100.00/month

  • Group and Push Product commission
