Job Description

Daily

  • Update leaves according to the email and leave forms time to time
  • Prepare employment, confirmation or any ad-hoc task
  • Update Malaysia and Singapore database on the staff (job title, confirmation date & etc)
  • Solve issue on IT such outgoing email failure, set domain user, renew anti-virus and etc
  • Email to Murphy to create an email id for the new recruit and delete email for resign staffs
  • Email to Murphy on IT issue for Malaysia and Singapore
  • Update to Singapore staff’s on their leave balance
  • Update enhance childcare leave into iSuperSuite for the staff who are eligible
  • Email to Malaysia staffs’ on Singapore SSC’s leave
  • Ad-hoc issue’s (Memo, employment letter and etc.) 

Weekly 

  • Update and email leave taken & leave balance for Malaysia and Singapore
  • Filling for leave application, confirmation, promotion, increments and other related documents related to staff
  • Update medical & dental claims for Malaysia & Singapore
  • Update weekly on staff status in iSuperSuite
  • Update also on staff resigning, on their last working day and leave entitlements
  • Calculate payroll according to their last working day in iSuperSuite
  • Ad-hoc issues 

Monthly

  •  Update new staff details in iSuperSuite
  • Update and email leave balance to respective HOD’s for Singapore & Malaysia
  • Update Expenses claims in iSuperSuite
  • Update Unpaid leave deduction in iSuperSuite
  • Update Commissions for Sales person in iSuperSuite
  • Update promotion and increments in iSuperSuite
  • Update HR claims in iSuperSuite
  • Update monthly advance cash in iSuperSuite
  • Prepare Payroll Control via spreadsheet
  • Upload payroll in HSBC net for Singapore.
  • Update and prepare payroll journal to finance with indication on the claims
  • Upload payroll file into ftp server for Malaysia & Singapore
  • Monitor on staff work permit expiry for Singapore
  • Update staff details once get the new permit in iSuperSuite
  • Prepare EPF, SOCSO and PCB payment for Malaysia
  • Prepare the latest Organisation Chart & Phone directory
  • Prepare punch cards for Malaysia staff
  • Update staff status in the iSuperSuite (hiring, resigning, promoting)
  • Print and circulate payslips to Malaysia staffs
  • Ad-hoc issues

 General

  •  Advertisement on job street on job vacancies
  • Select and send email to respective HOD for screening process
  • Invite candidates for interview
  • Prepare employment letter for the selected candidate
  • Update employee handbook if there is any changes time to time
  • Update the SOP template if any changes
  • Edit the standard forms (such as leave form, claim form and etc..) if there is any changes
  • Prepare Memo for welcoming our new team members
  • Update the labour market survey for Singapore (MOM) Ministry of Manpower in Singapore.

Job Requirements

  • HR and Admin Experience candidate
  • Prefer Chinese Candidate which can speak chinese.
