Job Description

  • Handling partial accounts and book keeping
  • General admin duties and administrative work 
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Assists in AR collections, AP preparation, bank reconciliation, policies and procedures
  • Support yearly audit work, GST and schedule
  • Assist in resolving all transaction reconciliation issues
  • Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentations

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Goof proficiency in MS Excel
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Accounts, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
