Job Description


  • Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance/takaful contract or suggest addition/charges to existing ones.
  • Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
  • Breed productive clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referral
  • Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their profiles
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Constantly update job knowledge and lean about new products and service
  • Fulfill all policy requirements


Job Requirements


  • Malaysian only
  • Diploma and above (SPM: 3 years working experience)
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience in banking, insurance, unit trust and sales be an added advantage
  • Ex-banker or other insurance agents are encouraged to apply.
  • Required skill (s): Finance, Financial planning, marketing, sales, sales management, communication skill, customer service, customer relationship management (CRM), personal service, promotion, consultation skill
  • Must possess own transport
  • Full time only
