Assist in all investor relations activities in order to enhance the company image and increase shareholder value;
Assist in communication of information and insight between the company and the investment community to ensure full appreciation of the company’s business activities, strategy and prospect and allows the market to make informed judgment;
Assist in organizes and coordinates shareholder meetings, conferences, investor road shows, investor meetings, AGM, EGM, press release etc.;
Proactively manage and update client expectations and ensure that all issues impacting client satisfaction.
Draft content (e.g. press releases) for mass media or company website and collaborate with marketing professionals to produce copy for advertisements or articles;
Assist in organizing marketing’s activities (e.g. health talk, road show etc.) to enhance brand awareness;
Preparing contents and designs (e.g. poster, flyers etc.) related to brand awareness for the marketing campaign;
Assist in any other matter / ad-hoc duties assigned.
Possess minimum a diploma/degree in Business; Administration, Public Relations, Communications or relevant field;
Excellent command of English;
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;
Knowledge of project management principles and outstanding organizational and planning abilities is a plus;
Strong analytic, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint);
Basic designing and editing skills are preferred (e.g. Photoshop and Canva);
Experience in Finance or Investor Relation (IR) is an added advantage;
A good team player.
