Job Description

• Prepare payment voucher, cheque , TT and LC
• Checking Accounts Receivables & Payable and debtors collection
• Maintain proper accounting record and ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist daily operational works of Finance Department.
• To communicate effectively.
• To assist all inventory are maintained accurately and involved in monthly stock take.
• To assist in any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Possess recognized Diploma, LCCI, CAT or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Must be well-versed in Excel and Words.
• Proficient in Biztrak Accounting System would be added advantage.
• Highly committed and able to work independently within tight deadlines.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with good working attitude.
• KPI & Result Oriented.
• Immediate available would be added advantage
