Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible to attend to incident pertaining to customers request and enquiries through emails, calls, fax, etc.
  • To assign and coordinate service jobs to the customer service engineering team within 15 minutes and to log the preventive maintenance service jobs with the SLA set by the team.
  • To provide update, prepare and also liaise with the customers on the progress of the service related quotations will point of execution.
  • Responsible to escalate unresolved issues to the next level support team and inform the managers on any irregularities detected within the job environment.
  • To prepare daily and monthly reports as requested by the managers any assist with any other related tasks as and when is needed by the team.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess Diploma and above in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a ticketing coordinator.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language is an advantage for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Must be computer literate and proactive.
  • Independent with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
