Job Description

  • Handle daily office administration work
  • Data entry work
  • Website uploading work
  • Document filling & submissions
  • Others tasks assign by management as and when required
  • Able to commit and meet tight deadlines
  • Make appointment and schedule meeting for the directors.
  • Response to inquiries via email and phones

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma and Degree Holder will be prioritized.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Added advantage for candidate with accounting knowledge and experiece.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in related position.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Prefer female candidates.
