· To work closely with top management to identify and acquire talent to fulfill organization needs. · To plan and develop comprehensive recruitment sourcing strategies.
· To identify and build relationship with higher education institution and target prospective candidates to support sourcing/recruitment strategy.
· To study staff movement trend and propose strategies to acquire and retain talent among the group.
· To oversee foreign worker management to fulfill organization needs and comply with government regulatory.
· To plan, oversee and assess effectiveness of Internship Program.
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Candidate must possess considerable knowledge of HR and talent acquisition, excellent problem solving skills, effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and people oriented.
