Job Description

  • Account Data Entry
  • Monitoring the flow of cash and financial instruments
  • Updates the status of collections & the amount of outstanding balance
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Reconciling Finance Accounts
  • Assisting in Credit Control
  • Assisting in Preparing Statutory Accounts & Audit Work
  • Handling and Writing Cheques / Receivables
  • Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
  • Handling monthly payrolls

Job Requirements

  • Possessed Accounting background
  • minimum 2 years of working experiences
  • able to travel and have own transportation
  • excellent in communication
