Job Description

  • Indoor Sales Support to Sales Team
  • Issue Purchase Orders / Delivery Orders / Sales Invoice
  • Issue Good Received Note when receiving goods
  • Control spare parts inventory – stock take , confirm physical stock tally with accounting system
  • Prepare excel stock report
  • Receive stocks into store & issue stocks for delivery to customers
  • Issue Credit Notes / Debit Notes
  • Keep track of billing for robots / spare parts/ FA
  • Liaise with transporter / Freight Forwarder for delivery / receipt of stocks
  • Occasionally ad-hoc task assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business/Accounting/Business Admin /Marketing or any related study
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in sales admin/support/coordinator role
  • Computer literate (Ms Office)
