Job Description

  • Implement fundraising strategies and manage public relations projects in line with overall public relations strategy and roadmap to increase cause awareness and achieve fundraising KPIs
  • Collaborate with corporate and institutional bodies to develop and implement PR programmes and campaigns
  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, information updates and respond to queries or comments on social media
  • Develop and implement initiatives to grow and manage donor base
  • Plan and coordinate public relations and fundraising events
  • Assist with writing content for quarterly newsletter and other publicity materials as required
  • Assist to prepare annual report, brochures, leaflets and other publicity materials as required
  • Work closely with media outlets to increase public awareness and visibility
  • Prepare weekly appeals reports and other ad hoc reports as required
  • Coordinate the day to day functions of the Public Relations Office that includes responding to public enquires, referring matters to other departments as necessary and supervising receipting and acknowledgement processes
  • Administer volunteer management

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business / Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and good negotiation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in event management
  • Savvy with digital platforms and social media
  • Highly adaptable, able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Fundraising or other voluntary experience in a non-profit preferred
  • Prefer candidates who can commence work in short notice
