Job Description

***Candidates from KL & Bukit Jalil area will be prioritized

  • Assures quality of service to all clients supported by the Contact Centre
  • Developing agents through continuous coaching and feedback, focusing on behaviours and skills
  • Assist contact centre manager to achieve company objectives
  • Handle all customers inquiries and complaints
  • Providing support to customers and internal department
  • Ensure all customers’ concerns are properly addressed
  • Maintain good customer contacts and relationships

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/STPM holder
  • Good command of English, BM. Spoken Chinese is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to work shifts - public holidays and weekend (5 days work per week only. No experience required as training will be provided.)
  • Based in our Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil
