Job Description

  • Welcome distributors and visitors with smile and polite greeting.
  • Handle distributors’ enquiries.
  • DA processing.
  • Online and offline order processing.
  • Generate reports needed on daily basis.
  • Perform any other work-related tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English, both written and oral
  • Superior customer services and customer relations skills.
