Job Description

Job Responsibility

HR

  • To assist the Human Resources Manager in daily operations.
  • To attend weekly Management Meeting and prepare minutes of meeting
  • Monitoring company structure/organization chart by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions as and when required
  • coordinate Human Resources projects, meeting, training and seminars
  • Maintain HR records by recording new hires, transfer, termination, change in job classification, tracking Annual Leave, sick leave, attendance
  • Conducting and analyzing entrance/exit interviews and recommending changes
  • Provides job candidates by screening, interviews & testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personal records
  • Orients new employees by providing orientation information
  • assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data / information and manage staff OT and claims
  • Handling Air Ticket Purchasing, applying Visa for staff, handling work permit for current and future staff

 
Admin

  • Answering incoming and outgoing calls
  • To perform general admin duties this included photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Established & maintain proper filling and information flow systems
  • Oversee all administrative tasks in the Office compliance with MobilityOne Sdn Bhd established policies & procedures
  • Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment & supplies
  • To perform any other duties that may be required

 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Advantage for those who are with Human Resources & Business Administration
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Administration and Office Administration
  • High personal motivation, self-management & detailed oriented: ability to manage & handle several task at the same time
  • Candidate must be able to engage creative & innovative thinking & willing to be in conventional when undertaking their tasks. Independent thinking & not relying on established templates are required. Being efficient and pro-active in work
  • Flexibility in responding to new Human Resources & Office admin practice opportunities as they arise
  • Candidate must be proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both in speaking & writing
  • Candidate familiar with Expresspay Payroll System are advantage.
  • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent organization, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel
