Job Description

 Handle inquiry/order/quotation request from customers
 Issue Sales Order/Delivery Order/Invoice/etc
 Liaise with production/warehouse on stock availability/delivery schedule/goods returned etc
 Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
 Update and follow up debtor’s collection
 Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
 Arrange transport/shipment for customers
 Liaise with shipping agent for Import/Export shipments
 Any other duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Marketing/Business Study or equivalent.
 At least 4 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry is required for this position.
 Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
* Mandarin is required to support clients from China, Taiwan and local market*
 Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Exposure to accounting system(Autocount, SAP & others) is an advantage.
 Exemplary planning and time management skills
 Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
 Good communication skills in English & Chinese, both orally and in writing
