Handle inquiry/order/quotation request from customers
Issue Sales Order/Delivery Order/Invoice/etc
Liaise with production/warehouse on stock availability/delivery schedule/goods returned etc
Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Update and follow up debtor’s collection
Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
Arrange transport/shipment for customers
Liaise with shipping agent for Import/Export shipments
Any other duties assigned by the management
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Marketing/Business Study or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry is required for this position.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
* Mandarin is required to support clients from China, Taiwan and local market*
Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Exposure to accounting system(Autocount, SAP & others) is an advantage.
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Good communication skills in English & Chinese, both orally and in writing
