About The Job

  • Able to converse, interpret and deliver a precise and correct message.
  • Good phone etiquette, calm and timely mannered.
  • Evening/Night shifts due to the US timezone (Work on a roster/scheduled basis)
  • Minimum 8 hours a day - 40 hours per week, work for 5 days a week & 2 days. off (will either falls on a weekday/weekend).

Job Requirements

  • Good command in ENGLISH And MANDARIN MUST!
  • Possess own laptop/desktop with the webcam (usage during the home-training)
  • Good & strong internet connection.
  • Quiet and good working environment.
