Production Manager

Production Manager (Upcast) for MNC heavy manufacturer based in Klang Valley. Your new company is a heavy manufacturer specializing in the copper manufacturing sector. With a remarkable business here in Malaysia and an equally outstanding facility based here in the Klang Valley, they are ready to engage high caliber managers to continue their rapid growth.

Your new role:

• You will be leading specifically the copper rod casting production line, while establishing appropriate work procedures and process flows.
• Operations performance including plant budget and cost will be under your portfolio as well.
• You will conduct troubleshooting and and analyse process problems. 

What you'll need to succeed:

• You will need to have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering; with at least 6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14000 and 5S will be needed as well. Candidates with experience in handling or maintenance of induction furnaces will have a higher advantage.
