Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaison and work closely with media, tenants, event companies to ensure successful running of projects and events.
  • Execute marketing plan and tactics to help achieve the Mall’s annual revenue targets.
  • Secure sponsorships, develop and execute marketing mechanisms and collaterals for in-house promotions. 
  • Review effectiveness of campaigns and identify gaps for improvement.
  • Assist and support planning and execute of all advertising and promotions campaigns and event activities.
  • Liaise with tenants/potential partners for joint promotions.
  • Assist in planning and executing effective events and event set-ups in-line with the mall brand image.
  • Awareness of up coming trend and digital marketing tactics. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications /Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in retail environment and/or event management.
  • Strong creative skills – generate and execute new ideas.
  • Strong networking abilities, resourceful and able to multi-task with eye for details.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysia languages.
  • Meticulous, strong organizational and planning skills, capable to multitask under fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
