Job Description

  • To generate new sales opportunities and analyze account profitability and work with sales representative in determining sales techniques, advertising and market penetration.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales volume and financial targets.
  • To provide formal and informal training in key areas such as prospecting, cold calling, selling skills, product knowledge and proposal writing.
  • Directly responsible for Market areas allocated/designated according industries/territories in all aspects of group rooms, including blocking of sleeping rooms and function space, contract negotiation, finalizing all details, menu planning, as well as servicing the group once they in house.
  • To schedules and coordinates pre-facilitate efficient purchasing, planning and employee scheduling. Schedules and coordinates pre- convention meetings for all assigned groups.
  • Responsible to plan, develop and execute sales strategies tailored to potential clients and keep inform on competitive services and pricing.
  • Able to perform to the highest possible standards and professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure all staff understand and adhere the policies and procedures.
