Job Description

  • Administer and maintain the HR system and update employees records
  • Process and administer the payroll for all employees
  • Ensure full payroll compliance to statutory regulations and company policies
  • Provide accurate and timely payroll data report to HRM
  • Monitor and update staff medical and insurance benefits, including enrolment, termination & upgrading of staff
  • Prepare and monitor HR administration works such as preparation of letter, new hires / resignees administration, confirmation, transfer or promotion and contract renewal
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and other add hoc reports on timely basis for HRM review
  • Build the bridge between employees and the management by having good relationship with all parties

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or any equivalent
  • Min 3 years of working experience in HR preferably in payroll administration 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Familiar with Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory requirements
  • Able to communicate well with different level of people
