Contract Accounting Management

Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations to meet KPI objective based on Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Processing expense reports as per defined schedule
  • Completing verification according to the business claim policy and ensuring compliance prior to releasing expense report for payment
  • Processing third party and personnel e-claims disbursement in banking system
  • Resolve payment rejection and follow up with process owners
  • Communicating with staff on queries related to expense report payment

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Excellent communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and eager to acquire knowledge
  • Possess good analytical skills and result oriented
  • Knowledge in GST, withholding tax and corporate tax will be added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excell and Powerpoint
  • Applicant must be willing to work for 6 months contract (subject to renewal based on performance)
  • Working Location: Petaling Jaya
