Job Description

  1. Manage accounts and provide a summary to team lead at the end of the day
  2. Approach agent/agencies for demo via effective tele-communication
  3. Update team lead of total calls made and follow up with result on daily basis
  4. Approach for demo request and confirm demo date to involve parties
  5. Check PIC schedule prior assign PIC for demo
  6. Update team of the assignments
  7. Well prepare all required documents after confirmed demo date, such as Appointment form, Attendants form and Survey form.
  8. Post-demo tasks (e.g. call unregistered agents, feedback follow up, and documentation)
  9. Data entry and other administrative tasks assigned to you

Job Requirements

  1. At least SPM level with minimum 1 year experience
  2. Fluent in English, BM and Mandarin
  3. Fluent in local dialects will be added advantage
  4. Proactive and out-spoken personality
  5. Computer literate
  6. Fresh graduates are welcome
  7. Malaysian only
