Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.
SPM / STPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma or its equivalent with at least 1 year experience in Customer Service/Call Centre.

Excellent communication in English both verbal and written, and good interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.
Able to work on shift, weekends and Public Holidays.
Extensive training will be provided.
