Job Description

  • To be part of a team of Customer Service to ensure smooth flow of operations
  • Attend and follow up on customers’ requests, queries, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Able to multi-task and to provide customer service support and related activities
  • Ensure smooth operations within service area
  • Any assigned duties as assigned by superiors

 

Job Requirements

  • SPM & above with at least  2 years relevant customer service and administrative support experience
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese is required as this position provides support to Chinese-speaking markets
  • Must be honest, have a positive attitude, and a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 

Additional Information

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
  • Customer Service experience in a direct sales company would be an added advantage, but not required
