Minimum Competency Requirement :
- Degree or Diploma in Administration from any accredited Institute and University.
- Able to communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Computer literate and well verse in MS Office.
- Experience in Management and Administration.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision,good working ethics is essential.
Reporting to the Director Manager and responsibilities are :
- To prepare agendas,notices and minutes management meeting for montly meeting and other meeting.
- To monitor,review and maintain stationery,courier,medical and photo stating expenses and to preparerespective reports.
- To monitor and prepare report for employees attendance,annual leave and all other leave.
- To monitor and needs of manpower in every department based.
- To monitor and verify on employees overtime submission and claim.
- To attand phone call and office management support.
- To assist in maintaining / reviewing the ( ISO 9001:2008 ) requirement. To report duty or job to Admin / HR Manager or Head.
