Job Description

  • To perform maintenance and light repairs.
  • Patch and paint to fill gaps on plaster ceiling, walls, sidewalks and guest rooms etc.
  • Undertake carpenter tasks.
  • Assist on the electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Proper hand over shift duty at the Engineering office and highlight any outstanding job which is not completed and to follow up accordingly.
  • To carry out effectively the tasks schedule assigned by Chief Engineering / Assistant Maintenance Manager.
  • Ensure understand and adhere the policies and procedures.
  • To ensure the safety are well maintained and meets legal requirements.
  • Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by Chief Engineering / Assistant Maintenance Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Applicants must possess at least SPM or Certificate or equivalent.
  • Relevant working experience as handyman with hardware tools and electrical equipment..
  • Service and customer oriented.
  • Mature personality, versatile in performing multi tasks.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work on shift.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizen.
