Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Company Background: International Telecommunication Company Location: Jalan Batu Tiga Lama, Klang Working Hour: Rotating Shift 24/7 Salary: Basic Salary + Language, Customer Service, KPI and Shift allowances


  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Training will be provided. 

Job Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • SPM holder must possess 2 years Call Center experience in Telecommunication industry .
  • Fresh Diploma and Degree holders are welcome to apply.
  • Candidate posses customer service experience will be added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Candidate can speak Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Candidate must be able to work in Rotating Shift hour. Candidate possess own transportation will be added advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Prefer candidate has strong communication skill, interpersonal skill and problem solving skill.
  • Candidate who likes to work as a team , love to communicate and customer service oriented are preferred.
