Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring that efficient support are provided to all customers.
  • Responsible for running the overall branch operation from administration to achieving branch KPIs.
  • Involved in leading and scaffolding strategies for branch staffs.
  • To act as the company representative to build rapport with premier account customers.
  • Involved in analyzing marketing activities, including competitors' activities. Responsible for running campaigns and sales incentive to increase the company's customer database.
  • To act as the company representative at trade association meetings to promote the company's products.
  • Lead the branch in strategic planning and providing solutions to strengthen company's Involved in analyzing the branch's sales revenue, profitability, cost of sustaining branch operation, AR and collections. 

Job Requirements

Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience is required for this position. Preferably Managers specializing in IT Sales and Services industry.
