Job Description

  • Support and oversee all spectrum of human resources activities include manpower planning, recruitment, selection, payroll administration, training and development, foreign worker / employment pass issue.
  • Implement and update HR policies according to local practice
  • Manage employees related issue – employee discipline, performance and grievances.
  • Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters relating to human resources, such as MDEC / Immigration department, EPF, Socso, LHDN, Labour office and IR department.
  • Responsible for payroll processing and ensure all payroll activities are carried out in compliance with the company policies and statutory requirement. Maintain employee and other human resources related documents.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
  • Organize activities to build up positive working environment, and to give contributions on corporate culture construction.
  • Organize and coordinate employee training activities according to the company training plan.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators and constantly support Department Heads to evaluate effectiveness of the teams.
  • Manage the Office Facilities and Conditions including the remote project offices to ensure Clean and Safe working environment for the employees.
  • Provide legal information and comment related to contract and agreement that the company about to sign such as liaise with lawyer pertaining to any legal letter, memorandum of understanding and rental agreement.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Strong knowledge in Labour Law and Industrial Law.
  • Possesses strong character and high level of professionalism, integrity, good communications.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Language proficiency in Mandarin is needed to deal with Expatriates from China.
  • Able to travel overseas occasionally to support regional offices.
