To attend to owners’ complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
To monitor monthly, delinquent accounts, bad debts and to review systems to minimise debts and maximise collections.
To keep proper record on payments received from the tenants, letters, etc.;
To be responsible for proper book-keeping and management of accounts receivables
To check and process goods / works order before submitting for certification by the Resident Manager/Building Manager.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or its equivalent;
Good communication skills, able to handle customers tactfully
Fluent in English and Malay, candidate able to speak in Chinese will added advantage;
At least 2-3 years working experience in AP or AR
Able to start work in a short notice period.
