Job Description

  • Supporting the sustainability reporting process including content collection, review and drafting.
  • Supporting project managers in planning and implementation fo their initiatives.
  • Monitoring and record keeping of department budget, expenses and databases.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of initiatives including report-writing, preparation of official letters, request etc.
  • Administration work such as filing, payment processing and accounts preparation support and document projects and prepare internal/external communications.
  • Prepare presentation slides in coordination with departmnet Project Managers.
  • Sourcing and procurement for materials used in Corporate Respnsibility initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline from recognised tertiary institution.
  • Previous experience in media/communications is an added advantage.
  • Tactful, highly responsible with good attitude and enjoys interacting and working with people.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Innovative and highly motivated.
