Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including iventory data, database
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos

Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Minimum with Diploma / Degree
  • At least 1 years working experience in related field
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to communicate as well ( CHINESE )
