Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Updating and managing accurate employees’ database with supporting documents according to HR standards
  • Maintain and keep employment documents up-to-date in personal file
  • Deliver routine reports and respond to ad-hoc information requests in support of HR operations
  • Coordinate and provide supports in Company events and activities
  • To design plan and implement training programmes for staff and workers
  • To compile information and prepare reports for meetings
  • Ensure proper documentation accuracy in handling HR documentation
  • Interview arrangement
  • Interview arrangement and update interview schedule accordingly
  • Review resumes and forward to respective HOD as per Manpower Requisition details
  • Any other related tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Applicant must be willing to travel and work in site environment
  • Must be willing to work according to site working hours
  • Possess own transport and accommodation
  • CGPA: 3.00 above
  • Internship duration should be 10 weeks or more
